People do rent all kinds of RV's thru AirBnB. Lots in San Diego, for one place. They also rent out planes, boats, tents...darn near anything and everything you can imagine.
If a person is using the AirBnb website there are all kinds of safe-guards.
The renters aren't driving it anywhere. They are going to sleep in, use the toilet, and make meals...or just coffee.
To the poster...you will have to address the issue of water and dumping.
I know some doubt....
