Well, TT's don't hold up to wear and tear like S&B's do.
Alot of folks don't know the different nuances with a TT. Sure, you can train 'em, but will they care as much as if it is yours. Will they flush the toilet right? Will they not allow food particles to go down the drain and remain in the grey tank? Will they take care of it as if it was their own?
Will they be willing to pay enough per night to make it all worth it? As others have said, location is everything, and if you are in a prime vacation spot, that's one thing, but just on a chunk of property somewhere in Washington, that's totally different.
I prefer to break (and fix) my trailer myself thank you. I don't need someone who won't care for it like I do tearing it up.. You know how things can happen, even when you are careful. How 'bout when your not?
