We have two properties listed on VRBO and HomeAway. We rent when we are traveling (as we are now). We pay a neighbor to manage one of our properties and our daughter to rent the other. In both cases the managers live within sight of the property.We have had no issues and it really helps our travel budget. It helps that both are on the water in popular vacation areas. If I had a TT set up on a lot, I would probably rent it too! lizzie
