Renting RV out as a house/room on AirBNB?
When I am not using my RV it will be parked on my extra property in Washington. My sister lives on the property and there will be full hookups for the RV. Has anybody rented out their RV as an ext...

Geeez...some of you people need to get a grip. Posting the 'what happened' stories is so bogus. What about the stories about RV'ing accidents? Or or or...things happen.
As far as as squatters or others...if a person uses AirBnB they have paid in advance with a credit card. Meaning they have a certain amount of credibility and rather obvious resources There is also insurance for both parties.
It's a good deal, if you understand you are renting something to another. You get an income stream that for many is the difference between making it, or not.
Oh golly...and I can hear it now...'if they can't afford to have an RV they shouldn't be having one'...if only life were that simple.
