Locally there are quite a few people/places that do it this way. In my case it certainly wasn't an original idea. :B

Not sure if you really are insured. Once you are part of a commercial operation, the rules are different. Did you pay for commercial insurance for when you are driving the rig to a site? Do you have a commercial license?
As long as claims are limited to minor property damage and you don't bring it up, you will probably fly under the radar but if there is a serious injury accident where the payout is in the 6-7 figure range, I wouldn't be surprised if they do a little digging and find out you are running a commercial operation and you didn't buy commercial insurance.
My wife is my insurance agent. She worked closely with our insurance company on this one - I think we're OK.
