Renting your travel trailer

Does anyone have any pointers on selling campers? We've put signs on it, put it on craigslist, and most recently had a two week advertisement in RV Trader (with not one nibble).

The liability you assume in renting your personal property is enormous. Consult with your insurance agent and an attorney before diving into the Devil's den.

if you thought you had trouble now selling it, after you rent it out a few times, you can sell it for junk.

browsing thru various real estate sites found a house that listed for 89,900 in 09, dropped to 79,900 in 10, in 2011 was 64,000, 3-10-17 was 22,800, and 5-17 21,660. don't know if it was rented out, a meth den, or what but some fixing up needed now. ;) in Askov, MN, if anybody wants a cheap fixerupper.
