It's found most places you go. New guys not trained and or no experience. Guys with experience can listen to the engine aand be right 99% of the time. new people have no clues and neglect to use the tools necessary to identify the problem.
They won't pay people with talent and experience. They ay near minimum wage and or expect them to complete a number of jobs, during a day regardless, if they stumble. Supervisors or shop foreman may not know either and or don't take or aaen't allowed the time to supervise the Technician.
You find an outstanding place today and it will be bought out and talent replaced with cheap labor. Trading on the name the establishment earned, for as long as they can. eventually it will just be a place that is avoided.
