Replace this type TV with Flat Screen

Thank you all. I would like the TV to be located overhead not in on on dash. It now sits over the dog house and I would like to move it where the overhead cabinets are above the windshield. Without taking out cabinets or losing cabinets for there usefulness.
Why would anyone watch TV, talk on a phone or text while driving a vehicle of any type? Stupid?
