Replaced fridge circuit board, now lights won't even come on

In my vague memory, I had a similar issue a few years ago with a replacement Dinosaur board. I called Dinosaur and the guy walked me through a sort of reboot of the board, which involved something like removing a certain fuse and a few other steps, then re-inserting the fuse. So I suggest calling them if you can't figure it out.
