Had a board problem with a Norcold last winter while in Florida. Because I was under warranty, mobile repair had to jump through hoops to get a new board. After it was installed, still no fried. A call to Norcold disclosed that you had to do a reboot to get the board working.
I suspect this may be the same issue for you. A call to Dinosaur should clear it up.
