I recently had our TC into the dealer for some warranty work. The compartment where the remote jacks control and remote are located is only accessible with the Global Link key. When I went to pick up the camper the workers had to hunt down the service guy who had the only keys to the rig so they could jack up the camper and remove the trailer it was sitting on, since their CH751 key wouldn't open the compartment door. I guess they didn't think to ask me for the key!
