Yes. IF.....and only if....the unit doesn't have any non-stock things added that draws a heavy 12 V load. Most common is an inverter to make 115V AC from the batteries.
I have changed my interior lights to LEDs, at about $2 each, so then all that uses much 12v power is the gas fridge, the gas furnace blower at night, the lights and occasional water pump.
This works fine for me. I can even run my 12 V TV for about a hour.
BUT.....I run the generator at least 2 hours each morning and each evening so I can use the microwave and to charge the batteries.
It also depend partly on how many people will be involved.
