that $10 is more of a handling fee for them providing a service to you...not really a 'cancellation' fee. Those can be different. Cancel closer to your arrival date and your fee is higher.
the $10 is them providing you a service to book a site, then if you cancel well in advance, there is no 'cancellation fee' but they hit ya with a $10 fee for their time they served you.
AND IT IS CLEARLY stated in their cancellation policy. right in front of your eyes :)
