I don't care if you could wave a magic wand and identify every dead beat dad in the country.
You won't get much money out of most them because you can't get blood out of a turnip.
The child support deadbeats who are nowhere to be found (not just a few months or a year behind) owe thousands and thousands of dollars accumulated over many years.
Does anyone really think that if they are found that they are going to say, "Okay, you got me. Here's all the money I owe". NOT!
Maybe they will agree to pay something, but just enough to stay out of jail. And that works to their advantage since if you do put them in jail, then they won't pay anything at all.
