Plenty of people are like that in their 20s and 30s, too. It boggles my mind, how they can think that throwing a temper tantrum like a 2 year old is acceptable, but they do.
I know a guy who said he learned it when his older brother bought a new car a blew the engine racing it around. Mother went to the car dealer and had a screaming fit and they agreed to fix the car. He laughed and always said squeaky wheel gets the grease. If he wasn't in a union he wouldn't have a job.
