- amandasgrammaExplorerI would say, from experience, that not ALL rest stops in Oregon have them. In fact, I only know of 3....though will keep my eye out in the future. :) Quite frankly, I've found there are rest stops that don't even have RESTROOMS!!!!!!! Now THAT surprised me. :)
- IDmanExplorerAdd South Dakota and Wyoming to the list.

OR...Didn't see any at rest stops, but they were glad to post a sign to direct you to closet state park, but might be 20 miles away
CA...far and few in between until SO CA
We're pretty good in WA state with the amount of them. It is added to you lic fee, couple 3 bucks I think.
Somewhere on here, someone posted not only what states had them for public use but also had L&L for them. Tried a search to find post but stuck out. - kalynzooExplorerVery few in Calif. Most have been decommissioned.
- randy328ExplorerWe used to in Texas but I have not seen one in several years at any of the new, larger rest stops. There might be some, but I haven't seen them.
- pugslyyyExplorerI've run into them in several states out west. It's always nice to be able to dump your black and gray.
Some of the Allstays apps are pretty good references, as well.
