I love my 33 foot 2009 Holiday rambler 5th wheel (purchased 2 years ago) it came equipped with a central vac system, bedroom and living room TV and a huge clothes closet I added a washer dryer and a directTV dish that automatically unfolds itself and finds a satellite. The problem with getting any large RV is that you need something big enough to pull it. I have a 2014 Chevy 403 cubic diesel dually with 4 wheel drive. My 5th wheel would be perfect but it will be useless if you don't have a vehicle to pull it. My 5th has one queen sized bed but the couch folds out if you have an unexpected guest.
I am seriously thinking of selling my house and trading my 5th for a motorhome
