As someone stated above, any rear living room model will come very close to meeting your requirements.
Here's my floor plan and a photo of the living room. Now remember ... my Outback (298RE - 2013 model) is 35 and 1/2 feet long from bumper to hitch! But this floor plan is becoming VERY popular in both Travel Trailers and 5ers. Mine sleeps only 2 (queen bed), and the couch turns into a bed. Mine does not have a dinette. It has a real table and 4 chairs:
FYI, the Outback 398RE (2014 model) is a fifth wheel almost identical floor plan, except the bed is in the bed room slide instead of (like my model), the slide in the bedroom is the closet. it's a nice looking camper too.
