I mentioned this in my first post, what will you pull it with? Do you have a vehicle or are you planning on buying one?
If you get a 5th wheel you will need a 3500 truck preferably a dually.
Do you know how to pull trailer, how about backing into a space?
It may be easier for you to back up a motor home, backing up a pull behind isn't that hard but it will take more practice than backing up a motor home.
As I said before I love my 5th wheel but if I sell my house a MH may be because it has more basement storage which will come in handy if I (or you) full time it.
