Retired, want roomy "portable apartment" for two only

Greetings RVers from a forum newbie "maybe wannabe" looking at retirement options. I seem to have discovered an important gap in the RV market so blatant it almost makes me sense a business opportunit...

Most RVs only have one bed even though they state they will sleep more than 2. The couch will open up into a bed, or the kitchen table will come down AMD make a bed. But the RV only has one bed.
