I would give an experienced vinyl flooring installer a call and see what they say. I'd be very leery of letting a dealer work on it. FYI seam sealer, though clear will be visible. If it doesn't bother you and you decide to do nothing, I'd advise to avoid stepping on the area in cold weather.
