We had a bubble in the sheet flooring in our TT in the bedroom when we first got and you couldn't see it without getting on the floor with a flashlight. It really bothered me at first and wanted it fixed. The dealer said they wouldn't fix it and pulled the "it's just a travel trailer" comment on us.
It eventually went away... Can't even remember where it was and can't find it no matter how hard I look.
I would ignore it as long as the flooring isn't distorted where the walls, cabinetry & shower sit on top of it. The ripples aren't going to be trapped with air like glue-down flooring in a house. Vinyl sheet flooring shrinks as temp. goes down and the bubble will probably tighten up on it's own over the winter as it cycles from warm to cold to warm again next spring. Maybe put a weight on it over the winter (not too heavy). If it got worse or never went away and want it gone, you could always cut a patch piece out from a hidden location like under a dinette seat and get a pro. floor layer to cut the patch into place and seam weld it.
Would be interested to hear what the dealer or manufacturer says tho. You might even revisit it with them in the spring after it's warmed up while it's still under warranty and if the ripples are still there. I would document it with the dealer now by email so there is a "paper" trail on record.
Def. do not glue it down and don't poke it with a needle. Sheet flooring is stapled down around the entire perimeter of an RV only and everything sits on top of it - cabinetry, shower, etc. get screwed down to the subfloor and what's left in between is free-floating.
I say get busy with more important things like doing some camping, doing some mods & upgrades and maybe a wash 'n wax before winter sets in and forget about the ripples. Very nice TT and am jealous... :)
