Engines that are not turbo-charged will suffer a power loss due to altitude, but on the plus side, can burn lower octane (and cheaper) fuel while doing it. If you are happy with the way your truck drags your TT at low altitude, you should be fine. You will, however, probably notice you've got a wee bit less grunt climbing those mountains.
Where people get into trouble is when their rig is marginally capable at low altitude. Such cases tend to display the weakness more prominently.
