Well the "Pot Tax" should go to drug rehabilitation.
The major issue with road conditions is this.
Lots of tax money is collected, Little of it gets poured out of a cement mixer,, Somehow between the Tax Collector and the mixer operator it "Sticks" to far too many pockets.. What more can I say.
Part of this is due to "outsourcing" when you out source,,, You add layers of management, generally remove benefits from the workers and end up costing more than if you insourced.
