Ham biscuits, baby carrots.... Always takes care of the munchies if we want to eat while DH drives. If we stop, I usually have a batch of homemade chicken salad with walnuts and craisins in it. We eat it with crackers. Sometimes we make up a big sub and the just slice off what we want then have the rest the next day. With any if the premade items, if we decide not to keep driving but stop to eat, the break is a welcome time to stretch the muscles and move the joints and not a lot of effort to get our lunch out of the fridge.
