You got me thinking; What IS good finger food you can eat while behind the wheel where you don't have to pull over to prepare or eat it? I kept thinking about my kids and now my grand kids, who 'graze' while we drive along. So I googled 'Finger food for kids' and got a LOT of great ideas! Most take some pre-prep work, but that's fine. Good tasting and good for you!
