We have found that a lot of local bakeries (outside the big City) make some really good breads and rolls, Poulsbo, Washington has a great one(Sluys'). We buy some and a dry salami and cheeses for snacks and/or lunch. We have done this all over the USA and most places we have visited around the world. I like taking fruit pieces and small containers of yogurt, especialy Trader Joe's lemon flavored.
