Hazard lamps on when climbing grade BELOW Interstate minimum. That's below 45 in most states.
And, anyone passing said slow traffic with much more than 12-15/mph over the slow vehicles ought to be sidelined the rest of the day.
Since the Interstates were built I've always believed it wrong to have high speeds in mountains. Up or down grades.
I also disagree with states allowing travel with four ways on (except in above).
That set of flashing lamps should have the singular purpose of warning of slow traffic on a grade OR a disabled vehicle that is stopped. That the reaction by others should be to slow to the Interstate minimum.
Hazards are just that: hazardous.
