Roadmaster Attaching Point Spacing

I have Roadmaster brackets (base plate) on my Frontier. There are quick disconnect plates bolted to the two drawbars, and the spacing of the two pins the tow bar drops onto is 28-1/2". Is that the correct dimension?

I'd be thankful if one of you with a Roadmaster crossbar or Stow Master vehicle mounted bar would please measure that spacing.

Right now I have a vehicle-mounted tow bar. Coach-mounted uses same Brackets, Pins, and Spacing, right?

    Thanks, Bud!

I need to adapt some, well, adapters and wanted to be sure I'm working toward the right dimension.
  • My Roadmaster Stowmaster is 28.5 inches.
There is some movement in the bracket as the bracket holes are slotted.
