My experience with Roadmaster has been excellent. Both product and warranty.
Look at the title line of this thread.."roadmaster-tow-bars.com" Keep in mind, This is not Roadmaster, but rather a seperate online dealer of their products. I have contacted Roadmaster (the actual manufacturer) and they are attempting to intervene on my behalf. Currently waiting to hear back.
