Roadmaster products are available from several online vendors including E Trailer. When I ordered our Brakemaster 9060 from them they told me it would be a direct shipment from the Roadmaster factory. They used FEDEX and tracked everything from the initial order to the final delivery. At the time of order they were able to tell me whether or not all the items I ordered were in stock or back ordered.
There have been several other post mentioning Roadmaster.com. I believe they wait several days to weeks to make an order from the factory. It might have something to do with getting discounts for large volume orders.
Just a side note. When I tried to order some hardware from Roadmaster Inc. a few years ago they quoted me prices higher than most online dealers. When I questioned the prices they said they have agreements with their dealers that they only sell items for list price to avoid undercutting them.
