I've had the same problem with Roadmaster-Tow-Bars.com. They do not return any calls, I have faxed them and their fax line is no longer in service. I did notice the charges to my debit card were made by Pro-hitches.com and their phone number do not work. I believe this is a scam company. I reported them to the BBB, to the Texas Attorney General (they reside in Southland, TX) and the Federal Trade Commission. They have a lot of my money and I have no equipment. I have had to cancel a trip back to Texas for Thanksgiving and now Christmas waiting for these people. Now I have no confidence I will ever recover my money or receive the equipment.
