In 09 I had the most horrific pains, for a few weeks, before going to DR, with what felt like my are was going to fall off. Dr at VA said take a Tyenol. Made me so mad. I was in horrible pain. Went to out side Dr. He had the nurse take control of my right arm with a firm grip and a Mona Lisa smile. He said 321 and omy God he most horrible pain ever. We all learned some new words that morning. A shot right into the rotator cuff. Sent me to therapy.
Green Lases? and warm massage. Must have worked. I don't have much pain with spurs in the rotator cuff. What was next to come, if it didn't work was to polish off the spurs. I understand if caught sooner, there is little damage or none to the cuff and everything goes normal.
Spurs can grow back. People with Diabetes seem to have more than their share with bone spurs. Constant activity of life will forstall a lot fo what we go through. Sit still and a pur might try to fil lsome gap? :)
