Spent the last three days removing dried out and cracked Dicore and silicone caulking from trailer seams. Trailer is an '06 and two years ago I re did the roof seams with Eternabond!! Great stuf...

I would also check all the 12 volt grounds where they attach to the metal frame usually. Most 12 volt problems are ground related. I routinely check all I can get to, especially any exposed to outside wx.
