I'm never concerned about the emotions or feelings of a sales person. Wether you win or loose a negotiation, they will have a good laugh over it as soon as you leave. If they made a sale, they are happy. If they didn't make a sale, you are the fool, not them. In either case, you're forgotten in two days.
