I watched a "shrewd" negotiator at Quartzsite last year. On the north side of the tent, outside was a vendor selling RV furniture. The potential buyer wanted two recliners for a really low price. The buyer and vendor were sort of getting close to a figure when the buyer threw in that he wanted them with built in heater pads (they'd have to built at the factory with the option), wanted them in two days because he was leaving and he wanted the seller to have someone deliver and install them with securement methods. His MH was way out in some boondock location. In watching the wife, I think she had seem him do this more than once. She just kept moving further away from him. As left, the salesman was just standing there not knowing what to say.
