Come on guys..
I realize everyone forms an opinion and two sides to every story but.....
To those suggesting the OP is "all wrong", I am sure if you had been there and heard and saw the "negotiation" first hand you would probably agree with him..
This had to be a loud situation and unless it so obviously sounded like a rude, overbearing, pushy customer why would be even post it? He has no dog in the fight..
The guy "customer" had a 1 year old RV that he wanted $55,000 for.
So he probably paid $45,000 last year and with all taxes and fees STILL owes $55,000 so that's what he should get!!!
