Rude buyer towards sales person - seeing the other side

Very often a business will actually charge a rude, pushy customer more, than someone they feel will be easier to deal with. Simply because the business feels if they have to put up with Mr jerk, they need to be compensated for it.

It is called the (well I won't say it out loud) But every business person knows what that factor is called.
