Moral of the rant, if you live in BR and want a motorhome or Airstream you might want to think about using a different dealer. If a simple inquiry is responded to in this manner, what is their customer service like?

I thought Doug Miller would have responded by now, but since he didn't, I will.
I have know the Millers for several years and they would not tolerate this type of behavior. After talking to Doug Miller this morning and forwarding him this post he talked to his people and determined this did not happen as described by you. Perhaps you forgot about them telling you they didn't carry replacement lights for your utility trailer, and, maybe you forgot that you went to the RV Shop on Choctaw
where this may have occured.The RV shop not Millers, sells Airstreams.
And yes, my 2014 Rockwood TT is at Millers right now having a slide motor replaced because I know it will be right when I get it back.
They have the best reputation in the area for a reason..........

This doesn't make them look so hot either, sending an internet poster to tell the OP this did not happen to him. I'm sure you meant well but if he wanted to respond he should chime in here with a quick note of his own.
