I owned a multi-chain retail business (12 stores)...we were open 7 days a week.... the guy is missing some good retail sales. As I mentioned, most likely, people work on their RV's on the weekend as they are working at their jobs during the week.
The owner of the RV store may be very happy with M-F sales and it's his business, he can do what he wants. If I owned a RV retail business, I would also have my service dept. open on Saturdays and have enough employees to rotate days off etc. That's where part time employees also are used to keep everything man'd properly. (just my opinion).
