The roads are not a big concern. The important thing is, we have enough money to hand out free cell phones.

More than likely the FRAME of the truck was most likely severely "weakened" from RUST caused by ROAD SALT and the "bump" in the road put the frame out of it's misery...
And yes, PA's roads lack proper maintenance but there ARE many other states that I have been in that often top the list for bad roads..
