I doubt that any State or National Park would allow any kind of commercial activity in a family campground, and I'd be willing to bet the private commerial parks are not going to allow it either. First of all, for food business just about anywhere, you'd have to get health dept inspections etc. Most localities would probably want you to get some kind of business license (Pedlars license etc), and if you try it without asking in the State/National Parks you'll probably quickly get shut down by the Park Rangers.
