RV accident at a Roundabout.

I was ALL for the widening, 2 lane divided hwy from I-17 to Cottonwood.
It was 55 speed limit with old 1 lane hwy...now they go and add 7 roundabouts which is NOT going to allow 55 mph on a greatly improved 2 lane divided hwy :S :S :S
