RV accident at a Roundabout.

I drove around one in Brazil that accommodated 2 major intersecting highways. It was at least 300 feet in diameter with 2 lanes. In the center was a military bunker with 6 soldiers armed with automatic weapons. I wasn't sure if I should slow down or speed up?
