RV Antifreeze or Regular Antifreeze
i just put regular antifreeze in the tanks and P traps. Is that a problem? what is the difference?

It won't hurt anything in the drains or waste tanks, but do make sure it's disposed of safely when de-winterizing. A single gallon of RV antifreeze is more than enough for that purpose though, and certainly safer in case of accidental spills. Personally, I've never found a need for antifreeze in the waste tanks.
