No one said a word about squatters or the like. If there is no government authorized overnight parking ordinance on the street in front of your house any one can park there whether you like it or not!
That being said, if it was possible for someone to park in front of my house, I would walk down and just talk with them and possibly invite them to back into my drive for the nite.
If I was unreasonably afraid of strangers like a lot of folks in Texas seem to be, I would call the Sheriff from the safety of my living room and report a suspicious vehicle.
