If you have difficulty with service, try contacting the manufacturer. They will have a customer service specialist that will suggest a dealership near you for service. The travel trailer I ordered and purchased online in 2008 ended up having several issues. I live in Western Canada and picked up my trailer in Elkhart. The dealership RV Direct put the sale through (Albany RV)is two thousand miles away. I contacted Keystone and they authorized repairs on two separate occasions to be done at two different local dealerships. The 2nd wasn't even a Keystone dealer! I know someone who bought a Prowler locally and couldn't get any repairs done under warranty since both the dealership AND the manufacturer went out of business. Apparently the warranty service you receive depends more upon the manufacturer than the dealer. So, if the unit you got from Tampa RV is under warranty, contact your manufacturer for options other than the dealer you bought from for warranty repairs. Worked for me!
