Some of the white hoses are 1/2" and some are 5/8". Any reason to choose one over the other? Actually, I had never even noticed the difference till I was shopping for one earlier.
Also most of the time the 1/2 inch hose is a bit cheaper. That makes the decision for many folks.
As a full timer, we use 5/8 hoses with heavy duty reinforced fittings. The constant use and with 50+ tear down / setups per year the cheap hoses don’t last. Ive has several fail at this he joint between the screw fitting and the unmoving part attached to the hose.
