No mention that you have and use a battery operated fan in the fresh food section?

If your RV freezer works but the fridge doesn’t, it’s usually a problem with airflow. Cold air moves from the freezer, so blocked vents, a broken fan, or ice buildup can interrupt circulation. Be sure to check the door seals and thermostat settings too.

Have you checked to make sure the thermistor is still attached to the fins? You may have a bad thermistor and it need to be replaced. Like said it would be helpful to know brand of frig. and year.

Be helpful to know the type of fridge, but usually if the freezer is working and fridge isn't you have an airflow problem, either in the fridge ( too much stuff, blocked vent etc) or blocked airflow behind the fridge, or a door seal not closing.
