For clarity; a real estate agent is one who sells real estate, a Realtor is a member of the National Association of Realtors. The titles are not synonymous.
Anyone on this forum understands this and regardless of the fact that there distinctions between the two terms, both real estate agents and Realtors are licensed to sell real estate.
So I'll keep using the shorthand term "Realtor" - sorry if that bothers :R
